Download and Install Client 

To install the SmartSVN client, first download the file from the SVN Client Software Downloads Page and install on your computer.

To set up the SmartSVN client, run the application.  Next, choose "Project" from the Main Menu and then click on "Check Out..."

This should bring you to the following page:

Click on the "Manage" button, create and edit a new profile called "MBARI_SVN" as follows:

NOTE!!  Make sure you use your own personal Login Name when creating this profile and check that the "Verify connection when pressing 'OK'" box is clicked in order to verify that your computer is able to connect with the SVN server kahuna.


Once you have properly set up your Profile Name, when you click "Project" and "Check Out..." from the Main Menu, you should see a a page to login to your account on the repository.  Use your standard MBARI network account to log in.  Once you have logged in successfully, you will see a list of all projects on the MBARI SVN Repository.
